I thought signing Eric Milton was a done deal. That's what the radio is saying.

All those not offered arb, the team they played for is locked out of negootiations until January. Offering arbitration is a good move. You get draft picks if another team signs them.

Bull: I agree with you about Lieber. Maybe he'll have an ERA in the 4.00 to 4.50 neighborhood, but the Yankees' lineup should be able to cope with that. His big value is that he's an "innings eater". If he stays healthy, he's sure to gobble up at least 200 innings per year.
