Can we pool ourselves and have us added to the group of investors? Does anyone want to consider writing to these guys and asking to be part of the total shares being held?

I thought someone posted that they called someone and that the shares would be cancelled so I sold. Did this news, listed above, come out after that call?
If so, I need to get back in...or should I stay out?
