How about another group of indivdual investors that have combined their shares as did the Kempner Group. If I read it correctly these guys combined forces to make themself "Beneficial Owners" and I thought I read that "Beneficial Owners" get special treatment...maybe even 10% of the new shares?? Is this a way to be involved and invested no matter what happens to the shares???
