ESPI(.17)~ is run by NYSE branded top executives who build billion $ co and sold/merged with Devon Energy. Float is real tight and low and will move steadily on any significant news. ESPI is quite for a while but I do expect to hear an update. I am accumulating as much as I can at these levels.
