That's how the company is structured. Look at the S-1 or my previous post. CorCell and others are subs under the CBAI holdings. They started processing UCB but that will move to other things and is the reason for CorCell and BodyCells.
The BodyCells sub will be online soon dumping materials in those holding tanks too - adipose, peripheral, tissues, placenta, bone marrow and organs have been mentioned. These same things and more are already listed on the insurance policies. The organ donor list is pretty sustantial.
Have you looked at Nevada's organ donor network and law recently? They've got to store someplace; hope it's with CBAI.
The future revenue-stream picture will take care of debt and will likely make CBAI extremely profitable as a lab and holdings.
