Matt, is Phil in Jail because when he asked ergo_sum about the "white stuff" on his lip, it was considered a breach of the no-sexual-insult policy?

If so, there may be a misunderstanding...

When you search Phil's history for the word "lip," you'll see the topic of ergo's moustache began here:

And, when you look at ergo's picture, there is indeed a noticeable patch of white on his lip.

Therefore, I think there may have been an *assumption* by whoever tos'd the recent post that when Phil said "white stuff" it was a sexual reference. Understandable. However, if you look at the earlier post, where nothing sexual was said, and at the picture, I don't think it's clear case that Phil was making a sexual insult. Rather, he was just continuing to make fun of the guy's moustache. A personal comment, to be sure, but not a breach of that promise to stay away from the sexual stuff. The choice of phrase "white stuff" was unfortunate, given the history, but it was not intended in the sexual manner in which somebody took it.

So, let Phil out of Jail, sir. His comment doesn't rise to a jailable offense.

Matt i have just read the tou, i guess i should of read when i first signed up... I was un aware it was against policy to reccomend a stock on multiple boards.. I posted Hoff many times because it was my sincerest wish that all would prosper there... I am a champion of small investors and was just trying to help... I have read the tou and now i am willing to limit my posts... It was my sincerest intention to help community not to hurt it.... I reccomended hoff and now its running

Hey Matt when u get time can u respond to me... i feel that my imprisonment is unamerican ... If you call me putting on emphasis on a security for potential movement wrong then i will refrain from my honest intentions too alert all small investors... I will limit my reccomendations to one post and will only answer replies too it.... Freedom is letting all boards in on in on info.. Different boards have audiece... I want to be fair and let everyone know...

If i can make your job easier please say word and i will follow with apropriate action...

been trying to get in touch with you for a long time... I hope u had a great weekend... Im just gonna paste my last message to you again until i get a response.. I hope you have in your heart to respond to me... As stated in previous messages to you, I have now read the tou and should of have read it before... I was unaware of policies and hope i can be a part of this community again.. Have made many friends here... thanks for all you do......

Hey Matt im not animal take me out of the cage, I told u it was my fault not to read tou... I didnt ever recieve warning and didnt know what i was doing was against your policy... Now i know, so please realize we all make mistakes...I have nothing but best intentions towards all in our community...
