Matt, is Phil in Jail because when he asked ergo_sum about the "white stuff" on his lip, it was considered a breach of the no-sexual-insult policy?

If so, there may be a misunderstanding...

When you search Phil's history for the word "lip," you'll see the topic of ergo's moustache began here:

And, when you look at ergo's picture, there is indeed a noticeable patch of white on his lip.

Therefore, I think there may have been an *assumption* by whoever tos'd the recent post that when Phil said "white stuff" it was a sexual reference. Understandable. However, if you look at the earlier post, where nothing sexual was said, and at the picture, I don't think it's clear case that Phil was making a sexual insult. Rather, he was just continuing to make fun of the guy's moustache. A personal comment, to be sure, but not a breach of that promise to stay away from the sexual stuff. The choice of phrase "white stuff" was unfortunate, given the history, but it was not intended in the sexual manner in which somebody took it.

So, let Phil out of Jail, sir. His comment doesn't rise to a jailable offense.
