You Sir are insane. When was the last time you had access to your investment? You sit here with your money gone and stolen. Believing in the Magic Sting that everyone has said does not exist. Urban is WANTED by the DOJ and has outstanding warrants. One I/R has apologized for the lies. Tyler has explained the old lies.

Yet you continue to believe in miracles. Instead of taking that energy to find Urban and give that info to the DOJ. So Urban get's put away for a long time.

I guess we will not be hearing from you until next week then. The proof is in the hearing transcript and on the SEC web site. The judge revoked CMKX after a hearing. That revocation was upheld by the SEC. By definition, it is impossible for a company to "revoke" themselves. Just as a person on trial for a crime cannot convict themselves. They can plead guilty but cannot "self convict" and CMKX did not "self revoke" and, in fact, fought revocation at the hearing and the judge revoked them.

Nuffy already provided it. Try the SEC site. It's all there. btw, the stock's registration was actually revoked in July 2005. It didn't stop trading until November because that's when it received its finality notice.
