tani, I did not misquote anything. Here is what I posted, it was exactly from the article.
I think the PR is misleading. Here is what it says:
In addition to water heaters, the US distributor is also the exclusive US Midwest distributor for other products including heating solutions made by Convectair®, surge protectors, patio heaters, as well as, garage and shop heaters
It could be a play on words and they make it sound like they are the exclusive dealer for Convectair but maybe not and are really the exclusive dealer for some surge protector, or patio heater or shop heater.
Would this statment have said the same thing??
In addition to water heaters, the US distributor is also the exclusive US Midwest distributor for other products including surge protectors, patio heaters, garage and shop heaters, as well as, heating solutions made by Convectair®.
I honestly believe its a play on words just like all the other PR's are.
CORRECT, at the beginning of the post I(not the article) stated major because that to me(my opinion) is what they(Wanderport PR's are trying to convey. Look at the 2/25 PR:
...the US company is a terrific fit because they are leading distributors in the water heater industry with their own brand of water heaters and others...
They use words like leading and exclusive, and IMO that meanas major. IMO you are major if you are 'exclusive and leading'.
As I asked, could the statement have been reworded and mean the same thing?
