And??? Do you know of any brokerages that put CMKX on their "recommended stocks" list? I don't think so. They're not allowed to recommend penny stocks.

CMKX was not a TIC investment and do you seriously think that a broker ever recommended CMKX to anyone? Most of these people bought the stock through online brokers that don't do research or recommendations.

None of that applies in this situation.
