Nonsense. CMKX never leased any claims in its own name. The claims were ALWAYS leased by Koch.

And of course CMKX did not revoke [note correct spelling] itself.

those claims in 1010 have nothing to do with cmkx. those belong to emerson koch. Go read the update on the cmkm website. it explains the contract emerson and tyler have regarding the claims.
Here is a question for you all. Has anyone ever found the { permits] that have to be wrote up when a person gets a claim in saskatchewean. i have never seen a permit for claims with cmkx's name on it. nore have i ever seen a drilling permits with cmkx's name on it. I wounder why.
