Paddle, You have NO idea what you are talking about. The company has tons of claims (assets)in the company 1010 and CMKX will be merging into that. That has been declared by the company and Emmerson Koch, thats why they are getting a new transfer agent. This has nothing to do with the settlemnet that Hodges is working on.
