Investorman,,,Ultimately who sold these shares? Who becomes responsible for the sale of these "Unregistered Securities" thru the open market?
I did not buy my shares from the transfer agent? Did you?
I did not buy my shares from Casavant Mining? Did you?
I did not buy my shares from Deli Dog or some other individual that is not registered to sell securities? Did you?
I bought from Ameritrade/MyTrack/UBS and I am under the impression they were registered. Were they?
Who ultimately than is responsible for the legitimacy of that security? Is it the broker who sold them to me?
