There is a certain quality you will find about Monk and his team. Stocks aren't pumped. The shares are just bought and locked. The day to day prices are watched with a mild degree of interest, because the team knows what it owns. New highs are celebrated as progress, as well as productive new members of the team. There is a sheer minimum of ego.
Folks who are hyperactive about the intraday chart are probably not locking their shares down, and counterproductive to the team goals. Just my two cents.
