Those indicators are very dependent on how accurate trades are classified as buys versus sells. Sell orders filled between the real bid and real ask can easily appear as buys at the rounded ask. Using an example: Say the real bid is at .00014 and the real ask is at .00021. Quote services show the stock at .0001 x .0002 to us. If a sell order is filled at say .00015 and rounded up, it'll show at the ask instead of in-between.

Charting services probably use an algorithm to help classify trades such as orders at or above the ask are considered buys and at or below the bid are sells. Those falling between the bid and ask are analyzed and labeled as one or the other. For CMKX (and probably other bottom dwellers), they aren't getting the real ask, the real bid, or all the trades in the middle because the quote services feeding the charts only go out four decimal places.
