Haven't seen anywhere that indicates additional shares will be given for the other $4 million. My read was 50,000,000 for $5 million with $1 million up front and the other $4 when certain conditions were met.

At this point we can only speculate what the other conditions are since they have not been made public.

Ken has nothing to clear like you say, he could not have been more clear in his NR:
It's 50,000,000 restricted shares for 5 million dollars and 1 million up front. The other 4 mil will be attributed if and when some conditions are met.
