Penny, that is how I read the PR, but it leaves some discussion to what was secured by 50 million shares. The guaranteed 1m or the total secured 5m. I would go for the latter. Maybe the diff between OS and AS is there for other means. It's obvious that while retiring A/S shares the amount to be retired is well calculated.
Have read that companies have a high A/S in place for hostile takeover protection. Never understood how this mechanism works. Someone who knows?
