All retail is locked and loaded? That is my guess. Then again I think everyone is worn down by the massive roller coaster ride we have endured over the last year. Most are just ready to be done with this. No pumps, no more DD.... just waiting for the judge to rule and to see what is next.

I must be missing it too... I guess everyone is well aware of how the judge has typically delayed important items. I guess we will see by tomorrow AM.

I guess buyers are nervous that something suprising might come out from tomorrow's court hearing or SJ can get delayed again.

I think when this stock moves up significantly it will be at the least expected moment.

I must say that I am flummoxed regarding the non-action today. I realize that fence-sitters have been burned on a regular basis with amended agendas - rendering past hearings impotent - but this time we are approaching the hearing stronger and meaner than at any other point!

• Last hearing the FDIC was granted their last supposed delay by JMW!
• Our EC has filed their motion of intervention!

Oh well, as Jerle mentioned, perhaps we will see some interest in the final hour! … rs
