I must say that I am flummoxed regarding the non-action today. I realize that fence-sitters have been burned on a regular basis with amended agendas - rendering past hearings impotent - but this time we are approaching the hearing stronger and meaner than at any other point!

• Last hearing the FDIC was granted their last supposed delay by JMW!
• Our EC has filed their motion of intervention!

Oh well, as Jerle mentioned, perhaps we will see some interest in the final hour! … rs
