My3, nice find. I am not sure this applies to IDCC however, since IDCC is profitable and Selectica, the company in the article was utilizing net operating losses, or N.O.L.s, to save on taxes.
Are you thinking that IDCC is in fact not considering eliminating the poison pill as Nasgovitz suggested, but changing it and enacting a poison pill with a lower trigger threshold, as this article describes?
