hey Judy, In answer to your question MSC is a recognized leader in the industrial not necessarily commercial world. They sell mid to upper end products and their pricing is comparable to a company like Grainger or McMaster Carr products. It is not a "discount" or low end company. It is actually a good place for the line of cleaners to be, however it is not retail by any means and the market is limited to mostly factories and such. Hope that answers your question.
