hey Judy, In answer to your question MSC is a recognized leader in the industrial not necessarily commercial world. They sell mid to upper end products and their pricing is comparable to a company like Grainger or McMaster Carr products. It is not a "discount" or low end company.
It is actually a good place for the line of cleaners to be, however it is not retail by any means and the market is limited to mostly factories and such.
