Obviously everyone wants to buy low. When Monk first called EIGH it was .008 and immediately ran into the .02s. Many chose to wait for a retrace into the .01s. Never happened, they didn't buy, and look at EiGH now. The same will happen from these levels. Btw, the chart is really shaping up here.
