We must also keep our mind open to the other possibility that they lop first and then apply the RV of $2.65 per NID ( or what ever amount they choose).

Either one is an option beings it is their Currency and their Country.

Expect the worse, but hope for the best, that way you won't be so disappointed if it does not work out the way we would like.

I do like what it says no doubt : )

but...another wrench thrown in or was that one of the budets from figured long ago? I haven't read it all prior my post so will finish it now but my thoughts where various budgets figured depending upon how they may feel the currency could go. So simply put that I'm sure many budgets were done and that is no big deal or probably nothing new. I like the $2 dollar plus but as one budget to another which one will they use?
