Nope ... the fundamentals for AERO were terrible.
The business was failing before it went public.
Poor sales.
Bad deals.
Lies to investors.

Enter Peacock, the dilution master.
Aero got a 18 month reprieve from going broke by using naive shareholders funds from dilution.
End of story.

If you say the acquisition could have been
done "easily", then it supports my opinion
that they had NO INTENTION of doing what
they claimed they would do...IMVHO! Why
"spend" money to try and increase business?
The idea is to "pocket" money and leave
debts unpaid...IMVHO! That is, provided
they operated as a typical otcbb scam.
