Now that AERP has a default judgement against it, what happens to the shell? I will assume that NASCAR will not collect.

Does AERP become a dirty shell with an outstanding legal obligation attached to it?

nope ... it was the ftd's that were
left over in fccn's shell that just
exacerbated what efforts were already
underway by NITE against AERP .. like
so many others .. they never stood a
chance

but my point is .. what does it matter NOW

this is my last comment on what *happened*
since i don't control any outcome .. the
judge does re: nascar and mccoy does in
updating those of us who are actual aerp
sor ...

i've presumed the worst since BH's abrupt resignation

apparently something is *off or up*
if 2 to 3 yr old data needs to be recycled *daily*

will not be contributing to those efforts any longer

if aerp does any volume .. i'll post it out like i have
if a pr is released .. *she laughs* .. i'll comment on it
