AERP = another diluting company destroyed by Bad Management.

The financial filings are the Proof of that.

4kids - I agree. I think shareholders of record are generally correct in what they suspect has occurred with AERP.

As you know I didn't think BH was the man for the job at AERP but the set-up by others is pretty clear.

All IMO.
