It was already too late for AERP when they went public ... they were Insolvent with numerous bad deals that had to be paid off.
E.g. the Millers, MMC, etc.
Remember when it was denied that Golden Gate was diluting beforre the RM???

yep .. and isn't it telling that all of those
who said repeatedly that there was no shorting
of fccn/aerp .. otc/otc bb .. were flat out *wrong*

courtesy of transparency .. albeit a little too late

we now know otherwise .. between the various *entities*
in play .. i'm impressed aero actually uplisted to the
otc bb in record setting time .. continued to file
and managed to hold 9 months of negotiations in secret
with jones exhaust .. as i said last year .. the money
at stake must have been enormous for this to be B&T
24/7/730 ..

too bad ceo's of legit co.s aren't given a crash course
by the sec and finra as to just who the various predators
(note the plural since this never has been a one dimensional issue)

the assumption that any ceo would be an instant securities
expert is absurd .. even the SEC staff can't answer questions
posed .. without a 24 hour *delay* in response .. not exactly
encouraging

that said .. i have to wonder if or when mccoy plans an update

When I followed my first "investment" on
the otcbb, I witnessed how the typical
pump-n-dump operates, but lost a pile of
money before I opened my eyes. They are
very easy to spot when you know the
typical warning signs. Well, I didn't take
the time to find out all the "facts" first.
DOH! Even without even knowing, it would
have been wise to research the odds of an
insolvent little muffler company having
the ability to generate enough sales to
reward shareholders in the long-term.
I don't think they went public with that
in mind...LOL. What they claimed in their
PRs is typical promotion material.
When you say "Aero set-up by others"...
I would say, Aero set-up the gullible, and
they will walk away to start another venture
for all the same reasons...easy money...
IMVHO!
