If they give us the same amount of dinars after the currency exchange and it is .82 or whatever than yes that would be a reval but if our currency goes from million to thousands with this conversion that that is a straight across the board transition of worth meaning the same as what the worth was prior and after we exchange currency but that is not a reval. From this point they cold reval in bits like we had talked years ago. This way Iraq could BUY BACK some of their money at a cheaper rate.

I think you forgot the impact of the 3 zeros removed, which brings it right back to value we have now
