Looks like he is speculating a rate of 1 IQD = .85

So by his speculation he is saying the revaluation will be at .85

So 1,000,000 IQD would = $850,000


I think I will stick with what the Iraqis said this past week and that is that after this event 1 IQD will be at or just above $1.
