Hi WIDAH, oddly enough they do more drilling up there in the Winter.

Cuz that's when all the shallow lakes and stuff are frozen over. Its easier to get equipment and stuff to the drilling sites.

I don't think cold weather stops a rock drill from operating. The Alaska pipe line construction did not stop for cold weather.
