I think they would buy us out before then based on the share structure. With the retired shares is it safe to say we have 630 O/S now? with 511 restricted?

Does Wanderport hold the patent? I thought Pulsar did. I can't seem to find the patent either. Any of you heavy investors have it handy? I could maybe look on the Pulsar website which I can't seem to find if anyone has that also it would be appreciated.
Thanks

2ez: I agree that a buyout is very possible. If you look at all the "work" the "American Distributor" is putting into their association. It becomes very apparent that they want to be in on this. It may not be a finalized agreement but their actions tell me they don't want anyone else to get in on this. Its almost like the microwave oven all over again. (And we all know how that ended up ;-)

American distributor is involved with:

various product testing including mathematical scenarios to measure the cost savings of the microwave energy tank-less water heater versus...

Based on talks with lobbyists at a recent show from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) in Washington D.C., the US distributor was assured that the US government is actively seeking to promote this form of green energy and load control for water heaters.

They also mentioned there were significant US government grant monies available and press coverage with an enormous appetite for Wanderport's green energy water heater application.

Mathematical scenarios based on 4500 watt element against a 1500 watt microwave water heater indicated

Further to this, the US Company believes that mineral deposits attaching themselves to hot metal surfaces should not be a factor.
