PaulA, de chief is just one of the many egomaniacs roaming around on the web. He may know something of the markets (or did at one time) but his 8th grade humor and annoying writing style make reading his posts not worth the bother.

Just put him on FILTER and you will find Zeev's thread much more enjoyable.
