In no way what-so-ever do I believe that Urban is diluting, and I apologize if my message sounded as though it was suggesting that… But, imo, a complaint was registered in Sask. apparently by someone in Sask. It appears to me that someone in that province has attempted to damage CMKX. I can’t help but wonder who. Who are our competitors in Sask.??? I have absolutely nothing to base any suspicion on… Just wondering… Good luck to you and all CMKX shareholders.

You don't seem to understand what happened here. It doesn't matter who made a complaint to the Sask authorities. I suspect it was more than one person; possibly quite a few. Urbie, Melvin, and DeSormeau are alleged to have sold unregistered stock to investors in Saskatchewan. Urbie's brother Victor was sanctioned for doing the same thing back in 1995.

The Sask authorities are acting to protect investors. And it's no coincidence that the SEC and Sask actions were brought at the same time, I believe.

You need to open your eyes. "Negative" facts and events don't go away just because one chooses to ignore them.

Actually I think the thread has gotten much better as far as "all the garbage a person has to filter through to find it" seems to be less ridiculous theories to wade through the last week or two.
