No U.S. Patent, no exclusivity = nothing to "buy out". You can still buy ZVTK Ionic Bulbs from the manufacturer today and be in direct competition with ZVTK tomorrow.

The 10-Q that better be out tomorrow will clear the air on the intent of expansion of the Ionic Bulb business versus using the Ionic Bulb story to sell a bunch of stock as this company did in 2008.
