flaflyersfan, seems to me if it was their intent to sell bulbs that they would do every thing in their power to be creditable and trustworthy. By not filing on time and waiting till the last possible moment to report, they are doing just the opposite.
Oh well, guess we will know one way or the other tomorrow.
