what are the GRDO/MIMS connections? Lately Ive seen people mention possible RE deal, could it be GRDO merging with MIMS? or something else?

Manta.com says Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. (Watson's real estate business) was also doing business as Guard Dog ID LLC which might not be accurate, but again strange since the current GRDO business disclosure statement says "there is no parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of the issuer" so how does Guard Dog ID, LLC and MIMS fit in? could they be getting ready to make GRDO part of MIMS or something similar? MIMS is considered a "shell" from the latest filing.

from MIMS lasest SEC filings...

The company has yet to become profitable...
"We have continuously incurred losses since our inception, totaling $185,268"

BUT MIMS has maket cap of approx $50,778,000.00 with 11,284,000 shares of common stock outstanding as of December 31, 2009.

so MIMS seems to have the stock value to be able to take over GRDO and pay the bills if needed to by selling more shares.

changes have been going on lately at MIMS with talk of name/symbol change....

recently MIMS announced they hired a new CEO who will be paid $100,000 per year in MIMS stock...
"Mr. Davies succeeds Mr. David Watson, who has served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since March, 2008. Mr. Watson resigned his position contemporaneously with Mr. Davies' appointment. "

"Pursuant to the terms of Mr. Davies’ employment, the Company’s sole Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. James Watson issued Mr. Davies 6.0 million shares of his common stock."
they still use the same old address of Watson's home on Dodd rd.

Maybe a new RE deal is in the works and they can use Kendra to help as well I imagine. Would be even better if they also merged with the Kendra Todd Group. Could be far fetched, just tryin to get caught up and figure out where this company is headed and whether or not to hold onto all my old shares.
