They only audit the annual, not the quarterlies. And the last annual (FY '08) was audited and singed by Mendoza Berger on MARCH 20, 2009.

Oh yeah, that's pretty funny how they notified management on 2/09 that their financial statements can't be confirmed, and then the following month (March 20, 2009) Mendoza Berger went ahead and signed the audit anyway.

C'mon. The 8-k had a typo in it. Get real.

Sorry, brain fart, i forgot companies don't release audited quarterly numbers! Still, You'd think they would have got this resolved during the year, right?

EDIT...i see now where the correct date is written later in the 8-K

"withdrawing its audit opinions related to EGCI’s financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2006, 2007 and 2008 as of February 12, 2010."
