The fact is M&B notified Management of this issue in February of 2009. Yet, they have not resolved the issue. In fact, EGMI has been releasing unaudited financial statements this entire fiscal year! I was unaware of this until reading the 8-K and reading the Q's. Is this something everyone is aware of and I'm just late to the party?
