With narcolepsy being as the press release says there are 50 to 75000 people with narcolepsy seeking treatment for the disease. With xyrem treatment costing 10,000 a year that makes the market potential 500 to 750 million a year.
The drug is already approved, if they get a 20 percent penetration rate they will make a lot of money.

A lot of people with depression are not helped by ssri's. Some of them have sleep disorders that cause the depression. this is another huge market but the company would not at this time go after the market. this is a cheap stock that will not neccessarilly make the front pages or double in two weeks but over time it should go up much like uthr has. A slow ramp with additional news that gets attention with eventual increased sales.
