CPST- maybe but this offering may not be as bad as we think. I don't think the amount of stock to be offered will be much more than 10% of the current O/S. I think you might see a 15% drop in price but what they are using the money for is actually really positive and not to just pay themselves. Who knows, sometimes companies go up in price on this type of news (not usual). I have a feeling this might be the last time they do this and that the offering is in the $1.10-$1.20 range.
CPST I agree this is not a killer or reason to avoid or even stop watching closely. I'm just looking for other points of view and possible indicators I probably overlooked. Funding can lead to all sorts of good things, not just line the pockets of a chosen few at the expense of shareholders. g2
