This is the perfect time to be adding / accumulating off the recent high of .083 - I have been watching this one since early in the year...kicking myself for not getting in at .02's when I first started studying this one...but I had funds locked up in other plays at the time...now I have free powder to accumulate...and accumulation has begun...
