Unregistered shares are backed up with a certificate.

And NSS shares are -- not -- backed up with a certificate because they're electronic shares.

Yes, IQ, cmkx shareholders have been harmed, but not by greedy naked short sellers. They have been harmed by Casavant and Clan, by Edwards' fraud, by you and your ilk who never fail to pump the criminal company line, and by their own greed and naivete.

Nobody ever said it wasn't possible. It just doesn't happen with bottom-of-the-barrel penny stocks, for reasons that have been explained here many times.
