The story is not an editorial. It basically outlines the factual history of cmkx, and the particulars of the Hodges suit. Show me where bias could come into play, and offer a rebuttal to any points you disagree with.

There really aren't two sides to this story.

She is a published author so she does have some credentials. But if you are going to state that she is biased, you should be able to point out what parts are untrue or slanted.
