Fidz, I own some BIEL brah, but it's not hard to see typical failed penny promises to extend dilution. I'm not hating on the process, because it's pretty a-typical activity.

I own this based on a chart, not because I care if Joel Noel is a stock holder, independent analyst, Japanese bukkake distributor, or if the company has a 5billion A/S count.

I know my exit is around .04 to .0435, or a bit higher depending on momentum (if there ever is any). I bought in the 02's...
