Dan, CLG has it's own IHub board, and someone over there said they "believe" that Kinross has 11.4% (that was back in August). Unfortunately, insiders in CLG don't have to report to our SEC when they trade, so I don't have anything in my insider-trading database, and neither do the usual sources (Yahoo, et al).

I don't know how far you want to carry this, but have you checked Kinross' SEC filings?
Since KGC trades in the US, they are required to file 'material information' with the SEC.
