I was looking for reasonable analysis, not declarative statements the company is this or that.
The company has declared all sorts of things, many of which have turned out not to be true.
First, NASADQ soon and audit ongoing.
Then some posters claim SHGY has decided not to do an audit because of the expense -- that this policy is to save the company money. That IR has so informed these posters.
Yet I talked to the President last week who said an audit was ongoing. So which is it?
Why did the company go public if not to raise money? What would be the purpose?
