You say you spoke to the President of Searchguy yet you are asking the board all of these questions, too funny.

If you spoke to Leonard, why wouldn't you ask HIM these questions. What did you talk about? Tea and Krumpets? You would think if you did talk to him those questions would be on the tip of your tongue? No?

Quite frankly...you're a liar. Do you seriously think Search123 and Interchange would deal with a less than reputable company? Huh? Are you that stupid?

They said they would provide a toolbar...they did it.

They said they would update the toolbar...they did it.

They said they would have a national advertising campaign..they did it.

They said they would eliminate 50 million shares...they did it.

They said they would have a mobile search engine...they did it.

They say they'll have and international search engine...they're doing it.

There are others I've skipped over but do you see a trend?


Now, they have mentioned they would like to get onto another exchange either nasdaq, amex or otc. That requires audited results. Given the track record above, what do you think they are going to do (hint...it is not a trick question)?
