I found nothing on G. Carol Johnson stepping down

What I did find was this

"Protective Capital Structures Corp. (Pinksheets:PCSO - News) announced it has named Randall G. Burton Chairman and President effective immediately."

I did not see anywhere in that PR that Burton was also named the CEO.

I dont care what Carol sent you in an E-mail.
