stervc - I completely agree with your analysis. I bought into BEDA for the same reason. When we had the MCLN huge run to .076, the run did not sustain due to Manatuck dumping huge amount of shares with less regards to the PPS. If it was not for Manatuck, MCLN would have definitely sustained its gains. Unfortunately, we never expected that kind of a crazy dump by an Institution.

On the other side, XMDC and BIEL did sustain their gains and especially BIEL stayed in the .07-.08 range for many months. BEDA has excellent forward looking events and will potentially run huge on its own merits. If the company buys back substantial amount of the O/S and with the merits of TMH acquisition, BEDA could have a huge run like MCLN or BIEL. Let's hope for the best.

I really enjoy reading your posts, which are extremely insightful and well structured, as well . I think we are in the beginning stages of a serious run here in BEDA. This week may provide the spark we need for and explosive move higher, followed by a more orderly, extended increase in share price as BEDA continues to execute their business plan. I must say though that one statement in your post caught me off guard and I am wondering if you could clarify?

"I bought BEDA because of how it is positioning itself to close their second acquisition they are lining up that generates over $10 million per year in Revenues, have 6 different facility locations, and provides daily service to over 180 patients per day."
